Black Bean and Quinoa Burger: Mixed greens, tomato, onion, house-made nacho cheese and mayo on whole grain bread. 

Pesto Grilled Cheese: House made cheese, spinach pesto, and tomato grilled on whole grain bread.

“Crab Cake” Sandwich: Chickpea cake served with lettuce, tomato, onion in pita with sriracha mayo. 

Israeli: Roasted egg plant, savory tofu, hummus, Israeli cucumber salad in pita. 

Smothered Hot Dog: Seitan hot dog, chipotle black beans, nacho cheese, mustard, ketchup, on a bun. 

Eggplant Reuben Sandwich: Eggplant, sauerkraut, thousand island on grilled rye. 

Walnut Lentil Burger: Israeli cucumber salad, lettuce, onion, and hummus in pita. 

Stuffed Sweet Potato: Baked sweet potato with vegan butter filled with your choice of one of the following: Korean tofu/ cumin black bean/ papas potato/ kale & mushroom/ chana masala/ kimchi. Topped with vegan sour cream.

Taco Bowl: Korean tofu, chipotle black beans, cumin potato, kale and mushroom, kimchi, & chana masala in a rice bowl topped with a house made creamy sriracha drizzle.
